Braja’s yoga philosophy

For me, all paths of Yoga nourish her to be an old, mature tree, grounded, wise and protective. The tree’s trunk is thick and saturated with Breath and Devotion (Bhakti) and branches out with invigorating Vinyasa practices, therapeutic Viniyoga and meditative Yin.

I’ve experienced the complementary nature of these practices, which help to create awareness through movement, add steadiness through stillness and focus through the breath.
